<< <i>MBMiller25 - Nice! Any 10's in there? Is anyone else worth grading from the set? >>
Yea I think I did quite well 4 of 8 look like strong 10 possibilities, but I will go conservative and say 2-10's, 3-9's and 3-8's in my batch. In grading the Adrian Gonzalez, Wainright, Brandon Phillips and Mike Young RC's as well. My Zito all sucked or I would have graded those as well.
So I see this guy now weighs 240 when he debuted at 185. Oh boy. I have seen some eye popping prices on his rookie cards. Sell as fast as you can.
A conservative 240, but who cares, the guy is 30 years old and has had an 11 season avg. for 162 games of... 195 hits, 41 2bs, 36 hrs, 124 rbis, 399 ops, 570 slg, and 969 ops. The only guy close to that was Pujols and well, let's just say he's on a significant decline. Most proven hitter in baseball right now.

Edit to add very nice card and no clue how it grades. This may be a tough card due to surface issues in general.

scashaggy - I thought the same thing.
Thanks

Is this the most valuable modern rookie card right now?

<< <i>I just busted a 2000 Topps Chrome Traded Set. Any chance the Cabrera can pull a PSA 9 with the centering? >>
Craig,
PSA9: Centering must be approximately 60/40 to 65/35 or better on the front and 90/10 or better on the reverse.
Centering on the card is as follows:
Left to Right: 18px by 24px or 43/57
Top to Bottom: 23px by 18px or 56/44
Reverse: I can tell by eye that it is much better than 90/10.
Based on this scan, if the card doesn't get a 9, it shouldn't be due to centering.
Nate
MBMiller25 - With your eye, I'll go 5 of 8 are 10's!
vladguerrero - He is a beast at the plate isn't he?
