Recently a blue toned 1947S MS68FB Silver Roosie was slabbed. I originally made that coin at NGC MS67+*FT.
Sold it and regretted it ever since. I have no problem with the coin upgrading at PCGS as I have always felt the coin
deserved an MS68FB grade. I'd be interested in purchasing it if anyone knows who slabbed it at PCGS.
