The 2013 NFC East Thread!

I'm a life-long Redskins fan who grew up in Central Jersey (Eagles Country) and work in North Jersey (Giants Country). We have a FANTASTIC season of football to look forward to! I'm thinking back to 2007 and 2008 when every team was in the hunt and every game was a heart-pounding meaningful competition. A lot of great storylines to look forward to:

Will RGIII's knee hold up? Will the Redskins repeat their NFC East Championship season?
Will the Giants reclaim their position atop the NFC East or will injuries slow them down?
Will the Cowboys finally play at the level their fans expect and reach the full potential of their roster?
Will we see Michael Vick return to his former glory and can the Eagles make a run at playoff contention?

My predictions:

Giants: 10 and 6
Redskins: 9 and 7
Cowboys: 9 and 7
Eagles: 7 and 9

Lets hear some predictions! Any fans out there?

    Life loooong Cowboys fan here.
Don't mean to be lazy but I cant argue with your prediction.

Your four question are spot on too as I've been thinking about those things recently.
    Especially the 3rd question. image

I think he'll be fine if he doesn't run as much as he did last year. He's just not built to handle that type of abuse. If they get Morris the ball more and take the focus off RG3 I think that helps a ton.

It seems as if there was a lot of stagnation in the East this year, and I think the only team that really is going to improve much will be the Eagles.

Until Jerry Jones stops meddling in the team operations, the Cowboys are always going to fall short I'm afraid. It's ridiculous the amount of talent they have yet always underachieve.

I think Vick will be hurt before week 6 and we'll see Foles step in and do a more than adequate job.

9 or 10 wins is going to take the division. There's no truly elite team here, so there's going to be a lot of parity in the division. I think your predictions are going to be very close to the end results.

That Eagles offense sure was entertaining. Seems to fit Vick nicely.
I thought Washington was going to obliterated but they kept cool and started to figure it out.
Hopefully a lot of bark with little bite.
RG III looks fragile to me.

Can't make a judgment on the Giants. 6 turnovers!!?

Same for Dallas. On the receiving end of 6 turnovers and still manage to let the G-men hang around. image
