Is there a certain "completion percentage" necessary for Player Master Sets to get

"Best of the Year" (ie "2012") banner for the top spot? I assume there must be because I didn't get one for my Magic Johnson Master Set this year.
I am buying and trading for RC's of Wilt Chamberlain, George Mikan, Bill Russell, Oscar Robertson, Jerry West, and Bob Cousy!

    The collector with the finest current set that is at least 95% complete in the vintage set categories (pre-1970), 100% complete in the modern set categories (1970-present), or in the case of player and mega sets, have 1,000 or more cards registered in one set, will receive a "Best of the Registry" icon by his or her set listing in the registry.
