Question about PSA and Card Savers

I'm sure there's a good answer....but why doesn't PSA ship your Card Savers back with your graded submission? Always seemed strange to me that they just keep them.

    It was my understanding they put stickers on them for internal use that cannot be removed.

    They should use removable stickers....it would be nice to reuse 1000 card savers.
