USPS -- Why must you suck?

So, I won an auction on ebay for a couple packs of '79 Topps BB. I live in Toledo, Ohio... the shipper lives in the 'burbs of Detroit. Roughly an hour away from me. USPS received the shipping details last Monday (8/26/13). They depart the facility on Tuesday...and then... nothing. 4 days later (8/31/13) the packs arrive in Philadelphia (?!?!). Today, it states they have been received in Toledo, so I should get them tomorrow. It took USPS 8 days to deliver a 1/2 pound package to something an hour away. C'mon man.

All good. I don't lose sleep until a package is processed thru the sort facility in the Northern Mariana Islands.
you'll never be able to outrun a bad diet
UNBELIEVABLE !
If they really cared about doing the right thing, perhaps they wouldn't be losing money and cutting Saturday delivery.

The trick I have found is to show up at the Post office 10 minutes before they Close. You will see some quick action when you start
to dig into there time
Same thing works for those long return lines at places like Fry’s Electronics or even the DMV once they start working on there own time
they somehow become so much more efficient and those lines really start to move
