Ouch. Other than the 93s , great job. You've had some nice hits lately. Raines RC 10!!!!

    Thanks,

Resubmit the Jeters on the next order since you have another voucher coming. Especially if you pulled them yourself
    It never leaves you...

Thanks David! Some of those 9s kill me. I specifically focus on low pops so if a 10 were to hit, I'd be looking really good. The 1976 Piniella in a 9 is pretty cool though.

Absolutely, Raulsmaster. They are totally legit ripped from packs. I don't care whether it's a 93 Jeter or a 78 OPC Murray RC - if it comes from a pack with no EOT, it should be graded.

if the Jeters are that nice, wouldn't they be better off in Beckett holders? i don't submit to them, so pardon my ignorance, but i'm assuming it would be financially prudent to do so.

BGS on Jeter is a far cry from PSA's realized prices... On Jeters in MINT or better, the return in on the PSA slabbed examples. Even SGC is a better return. I think many know why with regard to BGS's history with this card in high grade.

    BGS 9 Approximately $350
    BGS 9.5 Approximately $1750

    PSA 9 Approximately $1000+
    PSA 10 Approximately $25,000+

    SGC 96 (9) Approximately $425
SGC 98 (10) No Examples Graded

PSA has only slabbed one Jeter I have ever submitted. They have also rejected all but one damon, all chipper and all many. They hate pack fresh 93 SP foil.

While it's super inconvenient, I've had great luck resubbing N6 cards that I pulled from packs.

ok guys thanks for the info....i did try a '93 SP Chipper awhile back and got a NM-MT 8, so i guess they nicked me for surface defects or whatever.

never tried a Jeter, but i guess PSA is the best place for this one.

great score on the Tim Raines rookie in 10!
I am actively buying MIKE SCHMIDT gem mint baseball cards. Also looking for any 19th century cabinets of Philadephia Nationals. Please PM with additional details.

What's the realized prices on BGS 9s with a 9 or better subgrade on the corners?

Why would you think that re-submitting will bring a different result? Is there that much difference in grading results between the graders? Minimum size; are they measuring nanometers or what? It might be too costly to double handle all the "minimum size" cards, but maybe, just maybe, "they" should be checked by another grader. What is the charge for a minimum size return?

If i have a card that I KNOW is legit and it gets n6'd, I will resub it every six months or so. They generally make it into a holder eventually.

This was a 10-day /$15 special. Only the Piniella and the Raines have thus far salvaged the expense.

I have sub'd 75 topps stars that I've pulled from BBCE packs myself and gotten N6 or the dreaded trimmed. Follow up subs brought 8's and 9's. I don't mind the n6 due to voucher but my opinion is that psa is throwing out the trimmed way too much especially when a follow up sub reverses it in favor of a high grade.
