Display lighting

So I'm displaying some items in a bookcase and was wondering if anyone has done this and what type of lighting do you use on the different shelves?

I would imagine the first concern would be that your items are UV protected and additionally that the light source doesn't generate a lot of heat. After you address those concerns, the light source may be more obvious.

I use these in my display cases

LEDs have no UV and no heat lasts forever 10000 hrs even using just batteries.
