VERY upset with PSA grading standards. Why the 'no holder' ?

The card has a slight stain I admit. But why in the world did Johnny not get a 9 ? Could not see a stain from under a 'loupe'.

A bummer. The card looks pristine outside the plastic holder. Is there legal action I can take here ? Like 'sue' to get a 9 out of this barely stained gum hard core stuck to it card ?

The cut of the card is so bad it won't fit into a PSA holder. Question: Why did you send in such a OC card? The gum is better cut than the card, you should have just sent that in.

haiku808, It's just a joke. nothing serious here. The card has the gum stuck to it. Sent it in for grading to see what would happen. Even requested no qualifiers Was hoping it would fit in a standard case but must be too thick, seeing that the 'stain' is quite large.
