2013 Topps Mini Hits

I opened 5 boxes Wednesday. No real hits in the first three boxes - then box 4 and 5 were solid. Here are the highlights - had a few more pinks, Neftali Feliz relic and another printing plate as well (common players). Roughly 30 gold border - CC Sabathia, Brandon Phillips, several rookies. Lots of star cards in the commons. 5 more boxes coming in tomorrow. Great product, though I was sweating it with the first 3 boxes being void of hits.

nice, almost makes me want to buy modern...id be more likely too if:
a: there were no inserts
b: there were smaller base sets
c: they were printed on old school cardboard without all that glossy stuff

I got a Fred McGriff relic today, same idea. 4 Horrible boxes, then the fifth and last had the McGriff, a common printing plate, 2 pinks and a Pujols black #1/5. That should help.

I just opened 5 more boxes and got some nice hits. One frustration - one of the five boxes was missing the relic/auto. Really annoying. Pics shortly.

16 Golds in addition to what's shown below in the latest 5 boxes. The upper right corner of the Harper Pink has a defect - came that way out of the package.
