Redemption from Bowman/Topps

Can anyone shed some insight on the process for actually receiving a redemption. I submitted for a bowman lucky 4 which is supposedly going to be one of the best Puig on card autograph cards out there, yet I have no information on when if at all it will come through - customer service doesn't know anything. Of course I don't want a replacement but are we talking well after the post season? Any insight would be much appreciated. I'm concerned it will never happen and if that becomes reality, all the hype goes in the toilet, and the incentive for buying Topps products is done. Hope I'm just jumping the gun here and it's a matter of patience.

Unfortunately all you can do is wait. I doubt they've even made the cards for the lucky redemptions yet. May have to wait to the off season.

That card was worth thousands a few weeks ago. Now that you entered the code you are at the mercy of topps. Lesson learned. Good luck.

Never worth thousands but it doesn't matter as much since I want the card. I have another not redeemed that I'll sell if and when the Dodgers make the WS and he plays well. It's all good if it is made and issued as they are stating...my other question about this, is they said they would have a replacement card issued by a certain time if the card isn't ready. Not sure if it's up to the person redeeming the card but clearly no one redeeming this card would want a replacement. Thanks for the insight, I was afraid I'd be waiting until after the post-season.
