Another real or fake Jordan card.

I think this one is real, but want to see what others think. If its real, what psa grade will it get?

If real, maybe a PSA 4?? Bent corner, other corners are chipped. Not worth grading IMO.

If its real, a 4 goes for around $400. Why not worth grading?

From what I can see in the scan, it looks real. I was also thinking between a 4 or 5.

All fleer Jordan rc's should be graded (IMO).

Dapro, do you know the signs of a counterfeit fleer Jordan rc?
  • Can't tell if it's from the photo, but the colors on the card don't look rich enough too me.

Yea, I read up on it. The golden yellow on the arrow on the fleer logo, the bull's eye, etc.

This is from an auction, so there is a risk bidding on this.

It's not going in a 5 holder with a corner crease in the upper left. For any raw item, I recommend bidding as if you're expecting a lower grade than what it looks like in the photos. Much more often it is in lesser shape than it appeared or was described, though it does work out in the opposite favor sometimes as well. On this, assuming it's real, I'd bid what I'd pay for a raw 3, hope for a 3.5, and call it a happy surprise to get it back as a 4 or 4.5 at best. Depends on the specific grader who has your order too, but I wouldn't want to hope for a 4.5 or 5, sub it, and have it come back a grade lower. The grade might be the same either way, but the expectations going in are what determines happiness or disappointment with that grade.

I guess they are selling on Ebay in PSA 4, I just figured if someone was going to own a card that is not that old , they would want at least a PSA 7??

Not everyone can afford a psa 7 or higher price. I see any kind of MJ graded rookie sell regardless of condition.
