Aren't all cards pack fresh (except vending) ? Aren't all boxes from a case (originally) ?

    All cards were not mint at one time either, regardless of centering.

    Any more when I see pack fresh in the description, I run. Pack fresh means ex/mt-nrmt from my experience, at least in terms of eBay.
