1986-87 Fleer Michael Jordan Rookie Crappy BGS Surface Sub Grade and Crossover Potential to PSA?

This BGS 4.5 MJ rookie has 3 x 8.5s and a 3.5 for "surface." Without much other knowledge of this card, what are the chances a crack submit to PSA would generate a higher overall grade based on their surface grading standards, like a PSA 7+? Anyone ever have consistent experiences crossing over poor surface grades from BGS cards to higher overall grades w/ PSA? Opinions requested.

If the card is in hand you can know for sure if its a grading error or really a crease.
PSA usually judges a card on it's weakest element and ignores the rest. The card would probably end up a PSA 3.5 if crossed.

No, found it on ebay. Didn't know if it was worth a gamble for a crossover. I do not own it. I know little about surface grades, but feel more educated now regarding creases and such.
