PSA label inconsistency - 1900 T203

Quick question: If this one is labeled correctly on the flip, then what the heck is this card with the same PSA label?

    I emailed the links and info to PSA, and am curious to see if I hear back on this one. I'm not familiar with whatever the card is that is mislabeled.

    the mislabeled card is either a '13 Polo Grounds, National Game, or Tom Barker set. Can't remember off hand, I think one of the last two since I seem to recall polo grounds had smaller images. Either way it's wrong, T203 is the cartoon set.

    At least that one is only the year (see also, Mike Tyson 1985 & 1986 Supersport) instead of a complete wrong card
