Kobe Bryant Topps Chrome 1996 value

I am new to collecting cards. I want to know what is the value of a BGS 8.5 1996 Kobe Bryant Topps Chrome rookie values at. I tried to look at ebay on their sold listings , but there is nothing.

Thanks in advance.

It's a card I've been looking to buy but haven't pulled the trigger. Pm me if you are looking to sell.

I actually don't have the card, but was offered $250 for it.

That's about a fair price I would say just by checking completed listings. 9s sell for around 300 so if you can get 250 for it away from eBay I think you are doing ok. I don't have vcp but that would give you the best idea

Do you guys think the PSA 10 version has reached its peak? How about if Kobe plays for another 3-5 years and keeps moving up the all-time points list?

    Thoughts?

I am seeing this as a long term investment. I think Kobe has couple good years left in him. I think in basketball cards, the players that holds value over time are Jordan, James, and Bryant.
