2013 Topps Heritage Mini ??

Hey Heritage guys, let me know what you think...

I just pulled a mini 450 Kemp #98/100. The bottom has serated marks from a machine that obviously crushed the cardboard all along the bottom of the card. Will Topps replace this with another mini? Is this a common problem with the minis? Has anyone else seen this on these?

My guess would be no...

Was not a common problem at all that I know of. I don't think they will replace either.
To bad that would be a nice card to have.
