Aside from the obvious differences, larger set and better imaging for the Topps set, the main difference is that the Rosan set, at 64 cards, was issued complete in a cardboard/blister package. The Topps set, at 77 cards, was issued the standard way through 5c wax packs. I remember Rosan sets being offered for $20-$25 bucks in the old SCD in the '80s and the set hasn't appreciated much. There were and are just a ton of them. Not so much for the Topps set, which commands a respectable amount as a complete set. One older price guide I have shows it at over $200 for the set.

thanks for the info, I was thinking about getting some of the Rosen set I have graded but don't know if it would be worthwhile......guess I'll use my submission renewals for my superman set.
