1973 Trois-Rivieres Aigles Team Photo Set

That's 3-rivers eagles to us Americans. You don't see this set everyday. I took 2 snipes in the last 10 seconds when it was like $10 maxing first at $50 and then at $70 and still couldn't win it. Shame as it fits perfectly into my first card/image collecting focus. First images of Ray Knight, Joaquin Andujar, Pat Zachary and Doug Flynn amongst others. I couldn't go any higher as although rare, no real stars in it and not many people collect this type of stuff so typically not this expensive. So I'll have to wait in months or years for the next one.

cool set, I think it's neat as they refer to Andujar as "Jack"

It might have been worth stretching to pick up that set. In the Standard Catalog of Baseball Cards we didn't have a picture for many years, and the checklist we had only had 18 cards. It "booked" at $150 15 years ago.
