Got offer some Jordan cards, take it?

I been out of card collection for a while but getting back in for couple cards I want. One of the card i want to own is a 1986 Fleer Jordan rookie. So today I got an offer for four cards for $700. Is this a fair buy or should I pass?

    Fair yes but not really a deal. Last 8oc Jordan sold for 599.

    I am still looking for a Jordan rookie, that is why this is tempting.

    From what I can see the sticker looks pretty nice but the Jordan second year would probably grade OC also FYI.

    Of that lot, I think I only want the rookie and the sticker. going to see how much he want it for. Are there any fake sticker card or that usually real ?

    I'm sure thre are fake stickers out there. That sticker image looks wrong. I got a book at home...I can tell you what to look for.
