Raw to PSA 10 question

I very vaguely seem to remember reading here some time ago about a board member with an excellent track record that for a small fee would give an opinion as to what would gather a PSA 10. I can't seem to find the thread, but I'd like to find out who that was. Does anybody else remember who it was or used his services? My fetish of opening wax has led to a couple of junk wax purchases lately and I may like a 2nd opinion on some before submitting.

He's very good. I've used him several times and have saved about 500 in unwanted grading fees. I like how when the cards are returned that didn't make the grade; flaws are pointed out that were missed.

Bryan definitely lives up to his username. Ive sent lots of cards his way and have received nothing but 10's.
Plus hes honest and an all round great guy.
