    I assume so, but don't know for sure. I bought it already slabbed and don't recall whether or not it was there or not when I bought it.

    Like indicated above, I'll trade for a comparable condition regular wax pack PSA graded. Doesn't mean I'm expecting a 9 for a 9. I'm expecting a pack in similar condition as it exists now, with condition as clearly shown in the scan.
