    Wow seems like yesterday when I saw that game. Robin hesitated for about 2 to 3 seconds and probably thought " hmm, should I charge at John Wayne or not?" Classic!

    The funny part of all that is that after the headlock and those first couple of punches, Ventura broke the headlock and was taking Ryan down before all the other players arrived.


    Collecting 1970s Topps baseball wax, rack and cello packs, as well as PCGS graded Half Cents, Large Cents, Two Cent pieces and Three Cent Silver pieces.

    It was enjoyable watching 20 years later! Ventura is now the same age that Nolan was when it happened.

    Robin Opened Up ....... ONE BIG HUGE CAN OF TEXAS WHOOP-AZZ on that one!!

    You hate to have your career pigeon holed in a single moment like that.
    Especially because Ventura really had an outstanding one with plenty of big moments along the way.
    Some Huge Moments!

    But this is the one ....... everyone remembers because it is the Brawl That Will Never Die!
    An Actual Baseball Fight where the players aren't dancing around with one another.
    Actually Getting To It In A Big Way!!!

    They are so rare and far between in Baseball that when you actually witness one like this one, you never ever forget it!
