Line Spacing on PSA Flips

Lately I've seen PSA flips that have a space between the card issue (top line) and the player's name (second line).

I believe someone here has chronicled the history of flips but I can't seem to locate that thread.
At any rate, I've looked through my hundreds of PSA graded cards and don't have a single one like this.
Just looking for some advice as they look pretty unusual. Note that this same seller has sold a few Ruth's recently that look similar.
