Hrm, Curious Bidding

Watching an auction, there are two bidders that are driving up the price. I noted that they both have a large amount of transaction history (5000+) and one starts with a "." and ends in "9", other starts with a "9" ends with a "." This seems fishy to me, other opinions?

the letters are randomly put in by the ebay system....but the feedback is real
