R.I.P. Ray Lending

Ray Lending was a personal friend and the artist who designed the promotional cards for Allstate Insurance Company in 1971 and 1987. He was personally responsible for helping me complete my two sets and gave me the Ted Williams artist proof out of his personal collection. Both sets are very difficult to put together because the cards were limited in there printing. Approximately 8,000 1971 sets and 15,000 1987 sets. Here are scans of the two sets and artist proof card.

Currently collecting 1934 Butterfinger, 1969 Nabisco, 1991 Topps Desert Shield (in PSA 9 or 10), and 1990 Donruss Learning Series (in PSA 10).
