Grades please, for a couple Jeffersons, Grades added
The 39D is graded MS64FS some mutted luster but nice color
The 83-P is graded MS65FS
Over the years I have sent many coins to be graded at PCGS.
Here are two coins that I did not agree with the grades.
Some opinions please before I try to resubmit.
Both coins were graded FS.

<< <i>Well, I don't know what you were expecting, but I see the 39 as a 65 and the 83 as a 64. The swirls on the 83' bust, are they from the dies or is this a wipe or maybe even counting machine spins? >>
The swirls are die polish.
