Grades please, for a couple Jeffersons, Grades added

The 39D is graded MS64FS some mutted luster but nice color
The 83-P is graded MS65FS


Over the years I have sent many coins to be graded at PCGS.
Here are two coins that I did not agree with the grades.
Some opinions please before I try to resubmit.
Both coins were graded FS.

Well, I don't know what you were expecting, but I see the 39 as a 65 and the 83 as a 64. The swirls on the 83' bust, are they from the dies or is this a wipe or maybe even counting machine spins?

I'm at 65 and 64, the mark in the right obverse field holds the 39-D back from a higher grade IMHO.

The swirls are die polish.

In my reply, I omitted FS, as that was already stated. I just got two '42P TI back that I thought they were too conservative on. They both came back 65FS, but I was sure they would 66.
