Advice needed: Purchased PSA card, was sent CSA card

First time this has happened to me...I purchased a PSA card (>$1K. Auction desc showed PSA card) and received the card in a CSA holder. Needless to say I opened a case with eBay and emailed the seller. He stated that it was a mistake and they would either send me the replacement card in PSA or refund once I mail the card back.
I plan to send it back insured w/ signature confirmation. Anything else I need to be aware of to cover myself with eBay/PayPal/seller/etc.?
