Need Help With a 1999 49ers Team Signed Ball

My brother is a big niner fan. Back in 1999 we went to see the niners play the Vikings in Minneapolis and got this ball signed at the hotel. His bday is coming up, and I plan on taking his ball and getting a case for it. I'd like to know all the players if possible, and need help identifying these 5 from it:
Right on the nose of the ball. #52 possibly, and may start with an 'S'
