French Overstrikes

These are some of my favorite type of coins I have several but these are my favorites. So much variety available in french coins makes it my favorite country to collect.

French & Italian both have beautiful coins.

Here's a different one from another period. These are fairly common but I like how the crest falls over the head.

Those are really cool. How often do you get a readable date on the undertype?
