  • I don't see how it could really be a bad thing. Card pages make it easier for other people to see what you have and what you are looking for, or anything else. To me it makes trading alot easier.

  • Bad.... Temp differences can cause plastic to stick to cards...
Easy to bend corners putting in/taking out... Use sleeves
with top loaders and store in card boxes... image
  • I dont put my best cards in there....just $1-$5 cards of known players....

  • I am appraising a collection for a friend whose Uncle just passed away.
He has a 1973 Topps set in plastic pages that is very difficult to get the
cards out to look at... Even 1-5 dollar cards become a lot more valuable
if you can keep from damaging them...

This set could have been a very nice grading potential, but now they are
only good for someone who wants to look at them through the pages...

My advice is to stay away... At least sleeve the card before you use them..

hondo, wouldnt it be just as bad to put the cards in the sleeves and toploaders? ur taking 2 risks hurting the corners, and the sleeves are made from the same stuff as 9 pocket page sleeves, and the 9 pocket stuff is thincker and less likely to stick. ive never had a problem with the 9 pocket pages sticking to the cards, but i have with the soft sleeves.

LMAO, did you think he meant a site for cards too? I did.
  • Bad.

I use pages temporarily for auto'ed cards (through the mail and in-person), but other than that... very bad.
