Need Help from a "pro" German coin collector

I am trying to collect all dates and mint marks of German Empire 1 Mark coins. I was using Krause as a guide and am nearing the end but is seems to me that Krause has some things messed up(no surprise) but since i lack another guide on the German mark dates I am hoping to get some clarity. So here it goes Krause lists these overdates 1914/9-D, 1900/801-D, 1901/800-D, and 1903/803-D. Do these exist? Any idea on rarity? Thank you in advance.

I don't believe German collectors are as focused on varieties as American collectors are, but I'm not sure to what extent this is true for German Reich. Have you checked if any are offered on websites of dealers in Germany?

    BigD:

The expert in the US is Ron Guth. You can email him at:
    ron@germancoins.com

He is also with PCGS and has a pretty good German one mark collection.

    Hi,
im from Germany and have some of the coins you talking about.
I look in my coin guide, a quite good one here....is issued by Günter Schön, but is not say anything about overdates.
Is list all issued years and mintmarks wich are made.
    The most coins are somewhere between 10 and 100 Euro, s a a few valuable ones there... specially 1891 D (2.500Euro) and 1905 F (10.000Euro)
