Why does EBay allow sellers like this?

There is a seller on eBay called Bigstarsports and looking at his auctions & feedback, every autograph he is selling is 100% fake. His feedback is flooded with happy customers that bought an obvious forgery.
I can't figure out why he can keep getting away with scamming people out of hard earned money. This guy is making over $15,000 a month with this!

This is probably why Ebay allows him to continue, nobody's complained. The average chimp that Ebay employs to look after this stuff isn't going to know what's going on or what to look for.

I'm not an auto guy, but he only has 8 items for sale and 100 sales the past 12 months. I don't think it' that far fetched that a guy could sell 100 auto items a year on Ebay.
And he isn't making 15K a month, in June he did around 600 bucks and he is trending to do the same this month.
Lastly, I looked at a few listing and he guarantee's the items to pass 3rd party verification.
Drew Max would probably cert it as would Chris Morales but those guys will put their name on anything.
Case in point the Jordan ball he has listed "signed at a golf tournament a few years ago". Jordan will not sign balls, pictures or cards at these events.
People buy this carp because they look good in the pictures and they think they are getting a deal. This is how the Operation Bullpen folks were able to get away with things for so long. As time has gone on and with the proliferation of sites like this and Net54 it has allowed collectors to share information much more efficiently. In hindsight the Operation Bullpen forgeries weren't that good. There is a huge amount of stuff now coming out of Florida that is not even as good. Probably where this guy's stuff originated.
<< <i>cubs fan is absolutely correct on the fact that this guy's stuff is garbage. However many items he has for sale or whether he guarantees anything is irrelevant. His stuff may pass a TPA but I guarantee nothing he has for sale now or in his completed auctions would pass PSA JSA or SGC.

Fair enough, like I said I don't have knowledge of the auto market so couldn't make a call on individual items.
How many items he has for sale may not be relevant to authenticity of the items but it is relevant to the original post where the OP said this guy was making 15K a month and had an abnormal number of times, both of which are untrue.
<< <i>If you don't know anything about autographs you probably shouldn't have said anything. Yes, he isn't making 15K a month, it was supposed to read $1,500.00 based on his feed back from last month. Fact is this guy is a scumbag that is creating & selling fakes and ruining the hobby! >>
The autograph hobby was ruined long ago in my opinion. If you don't get the autograph in person yourself you are fooling yourself if you think it's legit. The odds are 50/50 at best no matter what any authenticator says.

Ya, you sure made a good case that his auto's were fake. The old "he has happy customers and lots of items" argument is a sure winner. If you are going to go after a seller best to support your case with actual examples like MooseDog's reference to the Jordan piece.
If you can't tell all his stuff is crap after one second then you are as stupid as the "happy" morons buying it.
People who know nothing about autographs, like yourself, are his customers and are part of the problem.
