Trying to order something, constant internal errors and UI difficulties.

Nice to know the US Mint outshines their "original" counterpart at least in some respects. The US mint's policies might be dodgy but the website largely works.

OK, as much as I love GB issues, esp. later predecimal copper and silver, I would say the Royal Mint (and for that matter many banking institutions) have taken a page from the mañana school - slow and inefficient. At times unhelpful and at others even bordering on the rude...
