I sent these wax packs in to PSA they were perfect with no holes from the gum, must have happened after PSA graded them
How hard is it to get a PSA 9 wax pack???

Very hard...they are much tougher on wax than cello, and the packs are prone to developing pinholes in transit if gum is loose, as they aree shipped back and forth to & from Steve and then back to you. That is why the 9s go for such high prices.
BTW, when was your pack sub logged in? I'm waiting one one from April.
Collecting 1970s Topps baseball wax, rack and cello packs, as well as PCGS graded Half Cents, Large Cents, Two Cent pieces and Three Cent Silver pieces.
It was logged on 6/08/2013 I received it Monday.
