Question about unopened racks - advice needed

okay, I am not one to keep much left unopened. Im a ripper. I buy cards to open them. I have been working on the 1981 Topps set for some time and recently acquired some grocery racks. When they arrived, I noted that three of the Racks have Nolan Ryan on Top (i pack in left window, one in the middle, and one in the right window). Also in the mix is a Fernando Valenzuela rookie on top and a Raines rookie on top.

I have no real understanding of rack pack collectibility, especially grocery racks. Any reason I should not open them? Just trying to understand before I do something stupid.

The racks with Ryan, Raines, and Valenzuela showing are collectible. I would keep those sealed. You may be able to sell those 5 packs and have enough to buy 10 to 15 additional packs?????
