Did anyone read the Mr. Mint 1952 Topps find article in this months SMR ?

What a fun story to read.
Loved the part where Alan Rosen had to walk outside after looking through 42 mint Mickey Mantle rookies just to clear his thoughts.
What an amazing find, and I wish there was live footage of him making the deal, collating the stacks/runs, and selling them to the buyers.
I guess this has to be one of the greatest hobby stories that ever happened.
Is there a better find then this one ?
The Paris, TN wax find ?

This sounds like a great read! I will definitely read it once mine arrives.
WTB: PSA 1 - PSA 3 Centered, High Eye Appeal 1950's Mantle
Someone may have to double check that. In 1989, that would buy you one heck of a kick a$$ house.

Was the article about big finds or specifically just this find?
ALL MY PSA SETS
I believe there's a video documenting it on YouTube somewhere.

I know the '52 Topps find is a bigger deal, and worth more money, but I find the Paris, TN one to be more incredible. Hundreds of 1950s unopened boxes? Good grief!
