Crossover or Crack BGS?

As part of my recent purchases, I picked up a unique Bo card (it's a secret, will share when I get it back PSA graded) in BGS 8.5. I'd like to either crossover or crack and submit. Any recommendation on which course is likely to result in the highest grade? I'm okay with anything equal or higher than the current grade.

I've had pretty good luck crossing BGS, better than SGC. You can always crack it out later if it doesn't.

If it is as rare as the auction says it is check with PSA to see if they grade them. If so I would try and cross it in the holder first and see what happens.

If it crosses great. If not ask yourself if you are prepared to take the risk of it coming back in a lower grade holder and if so crack it. If not just leave it where it is and be glad you own a copy.

Yeah, PSA won't grade them. BGS was hesitant, but the submitter provided a lot of documentation as to why they are "real."

I'm more of a BGS guy so I'd leave it as is, but either way, a sweet card!

In case there was any question about this, the official response below:

"After hearing back from our specs. department here at PSA we would not able to grade this particular proof card. I apologize I couldn't be of more assistance to you."
