I can't really see from your scan any front of the card problem. The back shows a slightly darker area, but PSA might not even deduct for that. You certainly have a SWEET card!
In my experience PSA almost ignores the back of the card, and they don't spend a lot of time on the front either. You might not ever get a crease or even a light wrinkle past them, but if a card has a defect, a light stain gives you the best chance of avoiding a qualifier, in my opinion.
