  • First thing you need to to is to allow private messages. If you really want to sell figure PayPal fees in your quote. No one is going to send a check to a member who just got here ( don't take that personal, it's the way it is).
    Welcome.

Check out my PQ selection of Morgan & Peace Dollars, and more at:

  • My apologies since I am new here. I have updated my profile to allow messages.

I do not want this to be like ebay, which it is not, and there are not the fees either. It is also easy enough for me to see what has sold there for the grade and deduct their cut. This is my guess about what market value is. True market value is as much as I can sell them for and as cheaply as the buyer is willing to pay. Where these meet, if they do, is the true market value. .My apologies if I have offended people, as this was not my intentions.

I have just moved and unpacking boxes, so when I unpack my camera, I will take pictures.

I think the point is he doesn't want his email address to be picked by a spider and fed into a spam list. image
  • My apologies again. I do not want this like ebay, and my apologies for it. If I need to repeat this again, I will.

I put together a rough idea of prices, but then as mentioned above due to the pay-pal, I would have to increase the fees to cover the costs.
Also, from a post above, the numbers listed are mainly NGC numbers, as PCGS has different holders for the GSA. The 1890 is a PCGS number, though. Rough prices at 90% of sold ebay listings. If my logic is wrong, please let me know.

1890 cc, neighborhood of $1372.50 plus pay-pal feels
    1878, 64, neighborhood $987.30 plus pay-pal fees
    1878, 63, neighborhood $495 plus pay-pal fees
    1880, neighborhood of $986.40
1881, the 90% is approx. 720, but nicer coin, so I would like more than that. Need to do more research, but not more than $850.

My sincerest apologies again for making this like Ebay. I did not intentionally mean to do this.

You didnt do anything like ebay, the comment was at my email, but the poster above was correct just avoiding a spider picking up addresses for spam. Now that you have emailed and your PM is on I will delete it.

  • Just an update on the coins. I have the 1890 tentatively spoken for, and I did make a mistake with the original listing. It was a 63 not a 64, which makes a huge difference.

I am still trying to get decent pictures, which is not going very well. I also tried loading them to the page, but the smallest size at this point I can get them to are 250K, where 50K is the maximum allowed. The pictures are poor, so I will see about borrowing other people's cameras.

My brief idea of something that should go easily and quickly is not turning out to be this.

I hope all have a great weekend.
