BGS's Anderson Steps Down
I'm laughing because I remember digging through their website and trying to find the backdoor and their grading specifics when I found the on-line grading submission. I have never heard anyone mention it until Rich posted it in this article. I think I've still got one or two of them with the sickeningly low serial number.

The Anderson announcement is NOT a good thing for Beckett. He held things together over there for a long time. Was a super stand up guy, crazy knowledgeable, and a real professional. I'm curious to see where he pops up. ...Heritage is just down the road, then again either grading company on the coasts would be lucky to have him.

The idea of those super-low cert numbers makes me think of Montgomery Burns' social security number.

Found one of them. This was one of my cards they graded before they went "public."
I know I've got a Bernie Williams BGS 9.5 Topps Tiffany (0000001915) somewhere with all 10s except for an 8.5 on surface.
