Seeking Crossover Information

I have a PSA 10 i would like to see if i could get a BGS 10 since i have two of the same card. my question is, if i send the PSA 10 to BGS do they have to crack it out of the holder to review it? If i request a min grade accepted as BGS 10 and it did not make the grade would it be placed back in its original holder and resealed or do they have the same holders PSA uses and just replace the holder?

I have a 1989 Pro Set Barry Sanders RC i would like to crossover.

If you request min grade 10 they will review it in its holder and leave it in if they don't cross it.

BGS 10's are tough to get. I recently sent in 5 psa 10 1990 score supplemental Emmitt Smith rookies and requested a minimum grade of a BGS 10 and didn't get one.

I doubt i get a ten, but i have never tried so i figured what the heck go for it.
