What does Ebay do when you report a buyer?

I recently completed a sale on Ebay and the buyer made payment on July 7th and he received the item on July 12th. He left me neutral feedback claiming "slow shipping" and calling me a "lazy seller". I was more than a bit surprised, but he also asked for a refund on the 10th because he had not received his item yet......lol.

Did you upload tracking info after the item was sent? If you did, he shouldn't have been able to leave feedback like that and his refund request should have been canceled by ebay, before it was even sent. If you did all this, let ebay know that you complied with THEIR rules and have that FB removed.

You can always out the buyer here too, so others don't need to deal with his carp.

Well the cards that were sold are 2013 bowman blue wave redemption packs and they were mailed to my sister's house so I had her ship them to the buyer from there. She didn't upload the tracking info, but he paid on Sunday night and received the packs on Friday so I'm not sure what he expected. The buyers Ebay I.D is steg22savage if anyone wants to block him.
