Need Help ID of Autograph on Cap

I found this cap in an Estate. An autograph is written on the brim of a baseball style cap of a large medical center. Perhaps, the person who signed was attending a charity event for the center?

In any case, can someone help in the ID of the signer.

Thanks in advance for any help!

Not sure on the sig, Tim Dxxxxx maybe? Check to see if the med center sponsored any events like a golf pro-am. Could explain the #7 and style of hat, especially if it's a flat bill, as it appears to be.

Looks a little like Mike Scott pitcher for the Astros (and a good one) in the 1980s. But the bit loop and swoosh don't fit his style so probably not.

I've never seen a Scott sig like that but it could have changed over the years.

Which medical center is the cap from? That would probably help narrowing down the potential signers.
So basically my kid won't be able to go to college, but at least I'll have a set where the three most expensive cards are of a player I despise ~ CDsNuts
