Another one for your blocked bidder list. SELLERS BEWARE!

Buyer wins a card over $250. Refuses to pick up card and he has to sign for it, due to the value. Opened a case against me. First one ever. Makes consigning cards with Rick/Probstein look better and better....

    PS - the case was opened after only the 5th day! PayPal held his money up for two days, and I sent it immediately after it cleared. Today marks the 5th day after card shipment.

    I'm confused as to why he is opening the case. Is he saying the card hasn't arrived?
    I'm a big Nolan Ryan fan OK???!!!

    Because he's a DOUCHE-Bag Buyer, doesn't matter if the card arrives or NOT....lets open a case so we can screw the Seller...................

    He is saying the card hasn't arrived......I dont know if he just hasn't signed for it, or if USPS forgot to do a scan.

    Is the tracking showing "notice left" or is it showing limbo?

    That usually means mailperson forgot to scan it. Unfortunately, a dishonest person will use that as an opportunity to scam.

    A lazy carrier may not have even bothered to get a signature but I would definitely check with PO if you paid for that. I have gotten many packages with signature confirmation just left on my porch.

    Not updated also sometimes means it was in the wrong truck, which has happened to me but then shows delivery a couple days later.
    Looking at your date, I'd say the carrier didn't scan it, which has also happened to me.
    Lately, I have printed out hundreds of "SCAN ME" in bold bright red on return address labels and have affixed them right on top of the bar code
    next to the address. Seems to help.

    That is what has me worried. He has not responded to any only. Just opened the claim. Who knows - he might actually already have the card and is attempting to get his money back.

    Well, if you insured it, you should be able to collect on the claim if buyer never signed for it.
