86 Fleer Michael Jordan PSA 9 (0C) value

Seen a local Craigs List add for a 1986 Fleer #57 Michael Jordan PSA 9 (OC) asking price is 1000.00
Sounds kinda low to me. Since its a California CL add i am concerned it could be bad/fake/re-slabbed,
pins looked popped in the blurry bad picture. So I would need to view it in hand first at there local Police station
But first wanted to ask the oppinin on value as I am not sure what the "Off Center" Qualifier would do to the value

    Value wise price around a 7 or 7.5 with that centering. I wouldn't touch it for 1k.
    Looking for rare Randy Moss rookies and autos, as well as '97 PMG Red Football cards for my set.

    You can find them cheaper on eBay. If you check the completed auctions they run between $779 and $1100.

    The entire top of the slab is frosted and looks like it was cracked.

    Looks like you have already been given good advice. If legit, it's an $800 - $900 card.
