Newbie needs help with Set Registry

I added a cert number and I get a message saying this card is listed under "my inventory which does not match My Set". There is a spec # and it is in the set composition. I have both a cert number and a spec number. Can anyone help me with this?

If it is the first ever to be graded or added to a registry you have to use that function. I have done it many times and they are fast.

Call the 1-800 number and ask for help then.

I am sure the help desk can straighten it out.

Not sure I'm understanding. Under the pop report, I have the only one. But when I look at other people's sets, they are showing as having that card. It also shows a pop of 26??? I'm sorry I'm just not getting it.

You need to wait a day or so for it to be added, bu it show up after that as being available to add.
