is anyone else having ebay ad problems?

for some reason today each time I do a search on ebay I am getting some coupondropdown ad message below my ebay home page and I cant get rid of it...I try to find the cookie for it but I cant im not sure if this is from ebay or what..im not very good at the computer stuff but just wondering if anyone else is having this problem...thanks terry

I had similar issues on eBay's website last Friday, and switched to the mobile app. eBay seemed to have them fixed by Saturday.
