Help identifying a Japan Gold Samurai coin 2 BU (Ni Bu)

So I was thinking of having this Japan 2 BU (Ni Bu) coin graded, but am having difficulty in correctly identifying it. Here's what I have:

This is the actual coin

Here is the entry from the Standard Catalog of World Coins

Japanese numerals

Japanese denomination

What I can figure is that it is a 2 BU coin, without the mint mark on the reverse (upper right corner.) The coin also weighs 3 grams exactly.

So, if I can assume that my coin's leaf type is A, then it should be C# 21c.1, correct?

Basically, anyone with knowledge on these coins, specifically the 2 BU, what is the difference between the C# 21c.1 Manen era coin and the C# 21d Mutsuhito era coin? The pricing is very different so I need to be exact here. Thanks for looking and offering any advice.

I'm no expert, but your coin appears to be the same as all the Meiji 2 bu coins offered on ebay. I think the diff is that the earlier varieties have an additional character in the upper right on the side without the value (reverse); its missing from the Meiji pieces and the coin pictured. In addition, the reverse character is somewhat different than the coin pictured in the catalogue.
