Anyone have info/sale history for 2002 Fleer Platinum #280 Ortega/Komiyama Cut-Out?

Hi,
I'm trying to find some info on this card: 2002 Fleer Platinum Prospects #280 Bill Ortega and Satoru Komiyama.
This card, like the Alex Gordon has a large square cut out of Komiyama's face and was pulled from production. Beyond that, I know very little.
Anyone recall breaking this product or any mentions of this card in Beckett/SCD etc? Perhaps why it was cut and pulled.
Does anyone have access to worthpoint or have any sales history info?
